Introduction
Soup is considered as a healthy food. Chicken soup is made of chicken in the hot soupy water. It should contain chicken broth with small pieces of chicken and some vegetables. In this blog, a simple but tasty recipe of chicken soup will be discussed. This soup contains lots of proteins, fibers and various nutrients.

Ingredients (for serving 4 to 6 persons)
Chicken | 250 to 300 gm | |
Carrot | 2 | |
Sweet corn | 1 cup | |
Vegetables | 1 Cup (optional) | |
Ginger | 1 tbsp | |
Garlic | 1 tbsp | |
Oil | 1 tbsp | |
Pepper | To taste | |
Salt | To taste | |

Preparation procedure
· At first add chicken, vegetables, and 4 cup of water to a pressure cooker.
· Add peeper, corn, cinnamon in to the cooker.
· Cook for 3 whistles in the pressure cooker until the chicken is tender and falls off the bone.
· The vegetables also should be cooked until it become boiled or soften.
· Set the chicken aside and shred the meat and discard the bones.
· Now heat a pen with oil or butter for 2 minutes.
· Then add chopped carrots, boiled sweet corn, and boiled vegetables to fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
· Add the chicken stock to the pan and boil for 3 to 4 minutes.
· Check whether the carrots and sweet corns are tender and then add salt to taste.
· The soup is ready. Pour it into a bowl and let it be cooled down a bit.
· Add some pepper to taste.
· Chicken soup should be served warm.
