Preparation of the ingredients
· Rinse the pieces of chicken properly.
· Prepare chicken broth.
· Rinse rice gains.
· Chop one large onion and some celery.
· Chop some carrots.
· Chop garlic.
· Prepare a mix of thyme, sage, and rosemary herbs

|Chicken broth||2 cups|

|Butter||2 to 3 spoons|
|Chicken breast||250 to 300 gm|
· In a pot put 1 cup of rice and add 2 cups of water.
· Boil them and separate the cooked rice from rice gruel after it prepares.
· Keep aside the prepared rice.
· Now in a separate large cooking pot, add 2 to 3 tablespoon of butter and heat.
· Add chopped onions, carrots, celery into the melted butter.
· Cook for 3 to 4 minutes and add garlic and again cook for 30 more seconds.
· Add prepared chicken broth and herb mixture.
· Add salt and pepper.
· Now add chicken to the pot and cook in high to medium flame.
· Then cover the pot with lid and simmer for minimum 15 minutes.
· In these 15 minutes, in another pan add some butter, and heat.
· Add flour to it and stir for 3 minutes constantly.
· Slowly pour some cream and cook the mixture properly.
· Add milk if needed.
· Now add this flour and cream mixture to the soup and add the cooked rice.
· Mixed all ingredients well and the wild rice chicken soup is ready.

· Turkey can also be added to get rice turkey soup.
· Bay leaves can be added to achieve some different flavor.
· Various types of veggies can be added.
