Preparation of the ingredients
· Rinse the chicken properly.
· Chop one large onion.
· Smashed cloves of garlic.
· Chop fresh ginger.
· Chop carrots and celery.
· Cut bacon.

|Carrot||4 medium size|
|Chicken breasts||250-300 gm|
|Chicken broth||3 to 4cups|
· In a large pot, take the bacon and cook.
· Then remove from the pan and cut into small size.
· Bake chicken breast pieces on 350 for 20 minutes.
· Remove from the oven and shred into pieces.
· Now, in a cooking pot, take butter or oil and heat.
· Add chopped carrots, celery, onion, salt and pepper into another pot.
· Saute for 5 to 7 minutes.
· In the meantime, take 1 cup of milk in a bowl.
· Add 2 cups of broth in the milk and stir.
· Add cream and cheese with constant stirring.
· Boil this mixture to melt cheese and add garlic.
· Now this mixture is added into main cooking pot.
· Add bacon pieces and shredded chicken pieces.
· Mix them well and pour into a bowl to serve.
Variation on the recipe
· Pasta can be used to get taste of pasta too.
· If noodles are added, it will be a crack noodles chicken soup.
· Herbs can be added to get flavor.

· Should use proper amount of chicken broth.
