Preparation of the ingredients
· Rinse the pieces of chicken.
· Cut cauliflower into pieces.
· Prepare chicken broth.
· Chop one large onion and some parsley.
· Smashed cloves of garlic.
· Chop fresh ginger.

Salt | ½ tablespoon |

Low sodium chicken broth | 4 cups |
Garlic | 4 cloves |
Cauliflower | 1 small |
Carrot | 2 medium size |
Celery | 1 stalk |
Vegetable oil | ½ cup |
Parsley | 1 cup |
Chicken pieces (boneless) | 250 to 300 gm |
Preparation procedure
· Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan.
· Add chopped onion, garlic and ginger.
· Cook them with occasional stirring until it becomes brown.
· Add chopped cauliflower and sliced onion in the pot and cook in medium high heat.
· Cook for minimum 8 to 10 minutes.
· Add pepper, chopped carrots, and celery.
· Add 2 cups of chicken broth.
· Add small pieces of chicken breasts.
· Cook all of them for 15 minutes.
· Add ½ tablespoon of slat.
· Add parsley at the time of serving.
· The low carb keto chicken soup is ready.
